Delivery & Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery (up to 2kg) - £3.99 (Delivery expected within 4 to 7 working days)

Standard delivery (above 2kg) - £5.99 (Delivery expected within 4 to 7 working days)

Note- we are still working on being able to provide our customers with an express service.


FREE delivery on orders £35 and over excluding shipping.

My order has not arrived?

We apologise for any delayed deliveries. Unfortunately once the parcels have left us they're in the hands of the delivery companies and we aren't notified of any delays. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived 7 working days after you ordered it and we will investigate.

When will I receive my order?

If you have placed your order with standard UK delivery you can expect to receive your package within 5 working days.  Note: These delivery times apply to UK orders only. If you've ordered from outside the UK your delivery may take a little longer.

Where is my order?

To check your order status: Please find the order confirmation email you received after placing your order with us. The email includes a link to view your order status. Follow this link to check whether we are still preparing your order or have already shipped it.


Note- We are experiencing a very high volume of orders and are therefore unable to track every single order individually.

Do you use eco-friendly packing materials?

Yes, all of our packing materials are sustainable and are mostly compostable. In some cases, we do recycle packing materials received from our suppliers to carry on the cycle of reuse.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not offer international shipping yet. This is something that we are working on.

I have been emailed that an item is out of stock. How can this occur if it was available when I placed my order?

We only keep limited stock in our warehouses and rely on a third-party to replenish our stock. In some rare cases and despite our best efforts, we do run out of stock on certain items. We will email you as soon as this happens. 


Are payments secure on your website?

Yes, we use Shopify payments and PayPal which are two of the safest payment platforms to make purchases online.

Which payment providers do you offer?

We can take card- payment from most major card payment providers, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express etc.

What is your return policy?

What if I change my mind?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, as long as items are returned to us in the same condition that you received it in, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, unless the product itself is faulty.

What if my item is faulty?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are you based in the UK?

Yes, all of our operations are located in the UK.

How do you source your products?

We carefully vet our suppliers against the following criteria:

1. Do their products offer an eco-friendly alternative to their everyday counterpart?

2. How are the products manufactured? Are they manufactured ethically with a lower carbon footprint?

3. Are the suppliers UK-based?

If the answer to all of these questions is 'YES' then we will choose to work with this supplier.

We apologise that we are not stocking what you are looking. However, we are always on the hunt for new product ideas to grow the range of eco-products we can offer you so please get in touch to let us know which products we are missing. Contact us at:

Discount Codes

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I claim a refund back after having placed my order?

Sorry, all discount codes must be used at the point of purchase. Therefore, we can not offer retrospective refunds for unused discount codes.

My discount code does not seem to work. What am I doing wrong?

All of our discount codes have expiry dates attached to them, and can not be used in conjunction with one another. Additionally, a minimum order may need to be reached before the discount code becomes active.

My Account & Subscriptions

Is it necessary for me to sign up to an account to complete my purchase?

No, you may also checkout as guest. However, you may want to consider signing up for an account to take advantage of the following benefits:

- faster checkout

- access to our newsletter

- access to member-only discounts

And these are only some of the benefits that come with you taking 1 minute to sign up for an account.

How do I manage or cancel subscriptions(s)?

You can access your subscriptions by logging into your Clean Eco Club account and clicking on subscriptions. Here, you can manage or cancel any of your active subscriptions.

Will my information remain secure?

Yes, we are committed to the security of our customer's information. So, we take all of the necessary steps to ensure that your data does not get into the wrong hands. We regularly test our systems to ensure these are safe.


Why is my product lighter than what is highlighted within the product description?

Most manufacturers indicate product weights with a tolerance of +/- 10%. Therefore, the product you receive may be slightly lighter or heavier than what is indicated on the packaging.
